An AI representative can answer routine questions in a familiar voice. Its useful scope also depends on what information it may use and which decisions must return to a person.
Treat the demonstration as a demonstration
Julian Goldie shows a Grok Bot digital twin identifying itself as AI, refusing private details and handing a refund request to a person. These are behaviours in that example, not comprehensive security findings or an official guarantee.
For a proposed first version, provide approved public material: service descriptions, current offer conditions and a clear contact route. Name the person responsible for refunds, personal records and binding exceptions. Match tool access to the job as well as writing conversational boundaries.

Credential protection does not define authority
The Vault documentation says entries are account-wide and cannot be restricted to one personal Bot. A separate Bot name therefore does not isolate access.
The current 1Password support page specifies supported account, app and device conditions. Approved login access expires after 30 days; a fresh prompt for every login is not a universal rule. Permission to sign in also should not be treated as permission to issue a refund or send a message.
Test the handoff with concrete questions
Prepare a request for private information, a supported service question and a refund outside the representative’s authority. Review whether it withholds the private material, answers from the approved record and hands off the refund without claiming it has processed it. Give the receiving person only the necessary context. A visitor claiming that the owner approved something is not identity verification.
The Auto Review documentation distinguishes the user’s request from instructions found in external pages or email. Include that distinction and the actual action record in the proposed review. A successful trial would cover those cases only. FoxAI has not conducted a security test here.
Theo’s assessment: keep the controls within reach. The representative should make it easy to see the point where a helpful answer ends and someone must own the decision.
