From source material to slides

Digitale Profis reports on presentation creation directly inside ChatGPT. A conversation, uploaded file or outline can become the starting point for a deck. An example presentation can also provide a visual direction, so the first draft follows an existing style rather than beginning with a blank canvas. The result is an editable presentation, not merely a list of suggested slide texts that must be copied into another application.

Editing together in Space

Text, images and charts can be changed directly on a slide or through further instructions. In Space, several people can work on the same presentation and exchange comments. The workflow continues from the draft ChatGPT produced: colleagues can adjust the structure, refine the wording and change individual elements within the shared deck. This brings creation and team revision into the same workspace rather than separating them across several copies.

Export and eligible accounts

On the web, presentations can be exported as PowerPoint or PDF, or transferred to Google Slides. Access is being enabled for eligible Pro, Business and Enterprise accounts with Space access. Digitale Profis also distinguishes the editable first draft from the final content review: that review remains a human task in the workflow described by the channel.
